Kouign Amann Berrou employs around thirty people at the company's headquarters in Goulven. During peak periods, the company also recruits seasonal and temporary workers on its site. 

To support the development of the company, we are committed to introducing young generations to the food industry professions. This is why, each year, we welcome trainees and work-study students in the various departments. 

Production, packaging, quality, business development and administration...; our professions are varied but respond to a single common goal: To produce quality pastries with respect for Breton know-how and in a process of constant innovation. 

Indeed, Kouign Amann Berrou is above all an institution where Breton know-how is transmitted from generation to generation. Joining us means bringing this heritage to life over time!

Manufacturer of Breton specialties since 1975 , Kouign Amann Berrou is located in Goulven, a small town in northern Finistère.

Recognized for its emblematic Kouign Amann and Breton cake, our team has been perpetuating Breton know-how from generation to generation for almost half a century.
