Ideal for a snack, this Breton specialty is best enjoyed warm. Remove the plastic film and reheat the Kouign Amann for 5 minutes at 180° in a traditional oven.

This one can also be frozen: the day of the tasting, let it defrost at room temperature then warm it up in the oven.
