Traditional Kouign Amann 600g

For almost half a century, we have been making this essential pastry with an authentic and traditional recipe. Our Kouign Amann pure butter and without preservatives  are sweetened and shaped by hand to obtain an airy puff pastry and perfect caramelization. 

This Breton specialty, ideal for 6 to 8 people, is best savored warm. Remove the plastic film and reheat the Kouign Amann for 5 minutes at 180° in a traditional oven.

This can also be frozen: on the day of the tasting, let it thaw at room temperature then reheat it in the oven.
