Kouign Amann with apples 400g

Made in an artisanal way, find our Kouing Amann pure butter revisited with apple.

This delicacy, perfect for 4 to 6 people, is best enjoyed warm. Remove the plastic film and heat the Kouign Amann for 5 minutes at 180° in a traditional oven.

It can also be frozen: on the day of the tasting, let it thaw at room temperature then reheat it in the oven.

Ingredients:  Wheat flour, 24.6% pastry butter, sugar, 6.5% apple puree, water, glucose syrup, 3.5% semi-candied apple cubes, humectant : sorbitol and glycerin, yeast, salt, modified starch, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, natural apple flavor, coloring: carotenoids.

Allergens: Gluten, milk (butter). Possible traces of eggs, nuts and soya.

Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place.  On average, consume within 30 days.
