Discover all the know-how of our region in our mini raspberry Kouign Amann.

Perfect as a dessert accompanied by a hot drink, this Breton specialty is best enjoyed warm. After removing the plastic film, place the mini kouign amann and their tray directly in a traditional oven at 180° for 3 minutes.
It can also be frozen: on the day of the tasting, let it thaw at room temperature then reheat it in the oven.
Ingredients: Butter 26%, wheat flour, sugar, glucose syrup, raspberry 7%, humectant: glycerol, water, yeast, salt, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin, natural raspberry flavor, purple carrot concentrate, coloring : carotenoids.
Allergens: Gluten, milk (butter). Possible traces of eggs, nuts and soya.

Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place. On average, consume within 20 days.
